Dr. Mago offers assistance as an Online Dermatologist through video conference and text messaging via WhatsApp.These consultation modalities do not always replace the face-to-face consultation, but they work quite well to treat conditions that do not require the physical presence of the patient, so they serve to answer questions, give advice and carry out medical follow-ups.

 

Text and Picture Messaging

You will be attended to by Dr. Mago without going to the consultation; you only need to send a text message where you explain your problem and attach the images and/or documents relevant to the case. You will have an answer in less than 24 working hours.

 

Video

By videoconference, you can have a conversation with Dra. Mago as if you were with her, but without having to go to her office. You only need a device (computer, tablet, cell phone) with a webcam and a sufficient Internet connection for the image and sound quality to be acceptable.
